We look forward to welcoming you to Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) Annual Scientific Meeting on Saturday 28 October to Wednesday 1 November in Perth, Western Australia.
So that you can make the most of your ASM experience, please find some pre-arrival information for your perusal!

This event will run on Western Australia local time, AWST. Any times referred on this website, in the program, or in the app and virtual hub are AWST.
Registration Desk
The Registration Desk is located directly opposite the level 2 main entrance of the PCEC and will be open as follows:
Saturday 28 October: 7.30am – 5.00pm
Sunday 29 October: 7.30am – 5.00pm
Monday 30 October: 7.00am – 5.00pm
Tuesday 31 October: 7.00am – 5.00pm
Wednesday 1 November: 7.00am – 1.00pm
You will have received a personalised QR Code via email and this will be sent again a few days before the ASM starts. You can either print the email and bring it with you or have it ready on your phone and scan it on arrival.
Friendly staff will be on hand during the opening hours advised above, to answer your questions and provide information about the ASM, venue and surrounds.

This reception will be held in the exhibition hall immediately following the conclusion of the Monday afternoon plenary session. This function is a prime networking opportunity, offering the chance to meet with colleagues, exhibitors and speakers while enjoying drinks and canapes.

The ASM Dinner includes entertainment, drinks and dinner. The focus is to provide an entertaining evening with the opportunity for socialising and networking. Please note you must have purchased a ticket to confirm your attendance.

Name Badges
On arrival, you will be able to print your name badge using the QR code emailed to you.
The name badges will show the below images to indicate your attendance at the social events. (No social event tickets will be issued, the code/s below will be sufficient
for entry).
In the next few days, you will receive an email which will include a personalised QR Code. You can either print this email or bring it with you to the venue using your smartphone or mobile device. Delegates are required to wear their name badge at all times.
Please note, tickets to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner (where purchased) are represented by a symbol on the front of your name badge.

Virtual Delegate Information
Your registration entitles you to access the Virtual Attendee Hub to watch sessions live (live streamed content ONLY includes plenaries and a single concurrent stream each day).
Live streamed content View a direct livestream to the Plenary Sessions only.
Your login will be sent via email prior to the ASM commencing. We recommend you log in to test your system and familiarise yourself with the platform.
On-demand content, including Concurrent Sessions, will be uploaded by Wednesday 15 November 2023.
Sessions will be available for attendees to view on demand (dependant on the speaker permissions), for 6 months post ASM.
Prayer Room
The Prayer room will be available from Saturday
28 October – Wednesday 01 November on Level 1.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance will be sent via email post ASM.
Abstract Authors will receive their certificate of presentation by 10 November.
