Virtual Registration Is Changing For 2023

This year the RANZCOG 2023 ASM will be run in a limited Hybrid Capacity which means that:

Virtual Registrations have livestream access to Morning Plenary Sessions 1, 2 and 3 ONLY i.e.

Monday 30 October: 08.00 – 10.10

Tuesday 31 October: 08.30 – 10.10

Wednesday 1 November: 08.00 – 10.10

Virtual Registrations will not be able to interact in the livestream platform with delegates or speakers via Q&A.

It will be a direct livestream to the room only. To interact with delegates and speakers Virtual Registrants will need to download the Meeting App

When purchasing a Virtual Registration, please be aware that you will not be able to view Concurrent Sessions live

All content across the 3-day 3 stream scientific program will be made available on-demand post event

Meeting Dinner Tickets are charged at a flat rate, regardless of registration category and time of purchase.

* For delegates registering at the Pacific O&G Trainee or Pacific O&G Specialist registration rate, please note that evidence may need to be provided upon request.

** Please refer to the list of Low Resource Country (LRC) to determine your eligibility to register at this registration rate.

*** This rate is not applicable to PhD students. Proof of full-time student status is required in the form of a copy of a student card or copy of current enrolment status proving full time student status. Please email the supporting
documentation to ranzcog@tbe.com.au once registration is completed.

Note: Post-Doctoral Research Fellows and Research Scientists (non MBBS) can register at the Trainee / Diplomate / GP rate
