This Statement details RANZCOG’s ongoing obligations to you with respect to how RANZCOG manages your data and/or personal information, as collected through the RANZCOG ASM website.

The ASM website is primarily an informational and promotional website providing information about the ASM, including the destination, venue, program, applicable fees and event-related updates. Why do we collect Data?

Failure by the third party to act in accordance with this Data Privacy Policy may result in termination of its relationship with RANZCOG. RANZCOG takes no responsibility nor incurs any liability for the errors and/or omissions by third parties.

How do we collect Data?

Personal information may be collected through third-party services linked on the ASM website, including online forms and registration portals. Where personal information is submitted through these services, that information may be collected by RANZCOG and its authorised service providers. External platforms and forms may also be subject to the relevant provider’s privacy policy and terms.
