This face-to-face PVOGS ANZ workshop will combine both an engaging presentation and a more-hand on skills component. The session will commence with a 25-minute presentation by two of our advanced laparoscopic
surgeons on a general introduction of laparoscopic surgery to participants.
The session will then continue to the more practical component. This will be split into ‘Basic Laparoscopic Skills’ and ‘Advanced Laparoscopic Skills’ running concurrently with a ‘Caesarean Section Wound Closure‘ station, with an
afternoon tea break in between.
The session will develop participants’ laparoscopic
gynaecology skills through a series of interactive exercises.
