Cancellation Policy

  • Rates are only applicable during the contracted dates, bookings outside this date will receive an error and guests will need to book direct through the Intercontinental Wellington Website
  • If guests need to change dates for their stay – they can do so  by clicking the “Change Search” bar at the top of the screen.
  • A contact number/email and credit card must be provided.  
  • Guests are responsible for payment of room direct to the hotel. 
  • Cancellation is 30 days prior to arrival date. Bookings cancelled within 30 days will be charged a cancellation penalty equal to the nights cancelled.
