Accommodation
WALDRONSMITH Management has arranged special rates at a number of hotels within walking distance of the Adelaide Convention Centre for the RANZCOG 2018 ASM.
Prior to booking your accommodation, please note the below:
- To secure your accommodation, simply nominate your selected hotel, arrival/departure dates and room type when you register online
- A credit card number will be required and will be passed on to the hotel to secure your booking and payment will be taken in advance of arrival by some properties.
- Please note hotels may charge a surcharge on credit card payments made on departure.
- If payment is not taken in advance of arrival by the hotel, your accommodation and incidental costs must be settled direct with the hotel on departure.
- Should you require dates outside of the main Meeting dates, please note this in your booking and WALDRONSMITH Management will contact the hotel on your behalf and advise.
- Please note the check in time is generally 1400 hours. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, it may be wise to pre-register for the evening before. If you are arriving after 1800 hours please note this accordingly.
- The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival and therefore any bookings made after 15 August 2018 will be subject to availability. Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival (no-show) will incur penalties. Each hotel has specific penalties for cancellations, no-shows or reduction of dates which should be considered when making your booking. See details below before making your selection.

All room rates noted are based on room only, unless otherwise specified, are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST.

- Rates are only applicable during the contracted dates, bookings outside this date will receive an error and guests will need to book direct through the Intercontinental Wellington Website
- If guests need to change dates for their stay – they can do so by clicking the “Change Search” bar at the top of the screen.
- A contact number/email and credit card must be provided.
- Guests are responsible for payment of room direct to the hotel.
- Cancellation is 30 days prior to arrival date. Bookings cancelled within 30 days will be charged a cancellation penalty equal to the nights cancelled.
