ASM Add-Ons
This year at the ASM we have a number of activities happening outside of the Scientific Program. Dive into the offerings:
Exhibition Game
Delegates can embark on a fun journey, accumulating points as they explore our informative and highly valued exhibition booths. By interacting with our on-site representatives and scanning their unique QR codes using the ASM Meeting App, you will earn points for each booth visit and can WIN BIG!!
Earn extra points before the close of Early Bird – it’s easy!
- Register by the Early Bird Deadline
- By registering by the deadline, you will be entered into the draw and will earn 20 points towards the leaderboard for the prize draw.
Good luck, and make sure to register early as you could be a lucky winner! Prizes include Bose Quiet Comfort Noise Cancelling Headphones, Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer and Free Registration to 2026 AOFOG Congress
Breakfast Masterclasses
Start your day right with our Breakfast Masterclasses on Tuesday 21 October. Enjoy a free breakfast while gaining valuable insights and earning CPD hours.

Interactive Zone
The Interactive Zone is your chance to hear the latest research in O&G, delivered fresh and fast. During catering breaks on Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 October, speakers will have just three minutes to pitch their discoveries in our Three Minute Thesis presentations. Head to the Interactive Zone in the Exhibition Hall to catch
the action. The prize for Best Three Minute Thesis will be announced there on
Wednesday 22 October!
Static Posters
Static Posters will be on display in Foyer F. Take some time to explore the impressive research and audits your colleagues have been working on. To see the authors present and judging in action, head to the Foyer during the lunch break on Monday 20 October. The prize for Best Static Poster will be awarded during the Closing Session on Wednesday 22 October.
ePosters
ePosters will be displayed electronically in Foyer F. Browse the collection and vote for your favourite in the Meeting App. The winner of the Delegates’ Choice ePoster will be announced at the Interactive Zone on Wednesday 22 October during the morning tea break.
Creche
We’re pleased to offer a professional onsite crèche service, providing a safe, fun and nurturing environment for your little ones while you attend the conference. Operated by qualified childcare professionals, the crèche will cater to children aged 6 months to 5 years and costs $100 per day per child. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance. The creche is located in the Skyway Room 2 East Building
The creche open times are:
Monday 20 October: 8.30am-5.45pm
Tuesday 21 October: 8.00am- 5.15pm
Wednesday 22 October: 8.00am-3.00pm

Parents Room
A quiet and comfortable space for parents, equipped with snacks, a microwave, a fridge and cosy seating. Ideal for feeding, resting or just taking a moment.
